This in some studies has been shown to outperform or at worst break even with buy-and-hold investing and is WAY WAY WAY WAY less involved, gut-wrenchingly exhausting, and fraught with those inevitable bad apple tenants.

OR dont hv to pay one however you want to look at it.I own 2 WL polices and 1 IUL so I have no dog in that fightWL guarantees are better... much better than IUL'sIUL's in theory should Always outperform a div paying WL policy from an IRR point of view over a 25 yr 30 year 40 year time frame...but who knows??!?!
