For some extra income steam I'm looking for some potential rentals:  a duplex or a sfh/condo units in the tacoma/puyallup area.

I think I have quite a ways to go, but I'm quickly picking up steam.

@Dan Clarkson, how far along are you with finding a local (to your anticipated investment/s) team of Contractor/s, Property Manager, and "deal-finder/s"?
