Do you have anyone experienced in AirBNB/SRT to learn from and help you analyze?

You need to connect with people, form trust relationships, learn from others in your area and you'll be surprised how opportunities open up. 

I've been reading more about subject to and here's what I've learned:-Good for sellers who are off market-Have low to no equity-Have a mortgage with a low interest rate (less than 5%)-Be absentee or out of state (vacant property, or have a tenant)The buyer would then take over the mortgage payments, and have the seller sign the deed over to the buyer.

Lessons learned?

Not legal advice though ^^ I'm mostly reading and posting to learn. 

I keep seeing more that I need to learn before I move forward on a property. 

It may be beneficial to link up with an established wholesaler and pay them to mentor you or work for them and learn.

I'd wait this one out until rates lower and you can refi and learn from it to buy better the next time around. 

I would like to learn more about seller financing, I see a lot of information on the internet about seller financing but honestly I am just confused.
