Hi everyone...I'm in Long Island now and am now in the research phase of REI.  

it's seems rather academic to argue about what to do since no two investors' objectives and circumstances are identical.It's always helpful to practice situational awareness and identify what phase of investing you are currently in. 

I'm from Roseville too and am also definaty in the learning phase of RE.

The timeline is longer due to the recession, student loans and a few other reasons but almost everybody goes through the same life phases.

But keep in mind you're in the learning phase.

Skip the wholesaling phase if you can, the market is saturated enough with wholesalers.The support I've received from my friends here at BP has been instrumental in this journey for me and going forward I hope to increase my contributions and add to the community.What's next for Jordan: "The world chico, and everything in it."

This will phase out old tenants and the ones who still want to pay by PO box will be paying you to check it.
