To find the right real estate investor group, search for meetup platforms, REIA (Real Estate Investor Association) groups, local brokerages, and LinkedIn events.

A few good deals are often all it takes for them to see you as a reliable source.When you’re consistently getting solid deals, you won’t even need to search for cash buyers—they’ll come looking for you!
