Hello,My rental property is in MA and it is still using gas on gas stoves to heat the units.

In these parts (Maine) we don't install too many in slab heating ducts, so I can't speak specifically to that.

All old tract houses have small eat in kitchens, outdated appliances, heating and air conditioning, etc.

You mix it in warm water & heat the treated area before & after application for temperatures below 45 degrees.

It worked.The killer would be forced air venting but we had steam heat.

Inspect the property for potential deferred maintenance or needed capital improvements (roof, heating system, etc.).

That's a big factor, especially somewhere with cold winters like PA, if the heat were paid by the landlord.

You could have electric heat, so no need to consider heating fuel unless you want to use some other fuel source.

have a small rental house that has started a molding problem , never had this propblem with this property or tennant before , heard this could be from ventilation and she had a very dirty filter in the heating and cooling unit could this be the problem , this is a smaller older home with no insulation in the walls
