You have unused wall space, no back splash, cheap looking oak cabinets, no hood/microwave over the stove, a mismatched appliance set, no dishwasher (even though there was plenty of space for one), and the fridge just looks lost where it's at (is it supposed to go in front of the window in the random 3' gap?).  

Additionally there is an awful smell as he left some chicken in the fridge which has mad a stinking smell thorough out the house and even into the walls.
