If you needed a bank with frequent direct contact you may need a different institution.  

I know of a few multi-family associations like the RAOA and CVAA but I am always looking for other places to frequent.

I know for a fact that they are not accurate because I frequently check sales in my neighborhood against the online sites, and they are almost always way off.

For frequent or daily users, they're not so cryptic.

I buy notes like this frequently from holders who want to cash out.

Some of the boards are not updating the estimates used to fund reserves frequently enough to keep up with changing labor and material costs.I just wish that the "Certification" would teach the items mentioned above and providing examples and templates the Association can build off of.  

A good friend of mine has a house in Carbon county and we frequently go there for long weekends.

I just remind myself - frequently - "I have not failed.
