It really began to hit me then and I did feel intimidated.

I had a similar nightmare working with Jenny Yi, and I feel compelled to share my experience too, so others don’t go through the same thing.From the beginning, communication was a huge issue.

Hope things are going well.I feel we are at an inflection point in lending.

The most compliments I always get on our house is that it's big enough for everyone to spread out and not feel like they're on top of each other.

Pricing has changed but J Scott's one of the smartest guys around and is one of the books I always feel comfortable recommending.

I feel like rates will come down over the next 6 months or so.Unless you find a screaming deal that you just can't pass up, then bide your time.

Also people like to feel more important by having LLC or trusts to hide their identity.
