I would love to hire an architect and have a site plan/ review completely laid out and tied up in a pretty little package but that sounds like money that I either don't have or am not willing to spend at this time.

I prefer small multifamily or package of rentals.

If anything it will be a better learning experience as you will double the situations you encounter even though they won't take much of your time.

I never knew about rentalutions until recently so I can't comment on that package.

I know when I borrow money and granted its usually in the millions I have my financial package all ready to go on demand and it includes criminal and all my current licensed Mortgage banker RE broker etc.. just thinks its professional when you have those.. then if a potential investors wants to run their own.. that's fine.. but I won't give out my SS to just anyone it has to be worth it to me.. ( changing hats).So that's maybe a little of subject but the amount of people that I talk to that invested with a known shyster really does boggle me sometimes.

However the price for the package is just not reasonable.

A good site I use for research is municode.com to find out all the local regulations we might encounter and if there are specific building standards for Parks.

Not many I've encountered like full gut out of state rentals, but there are a few of those out there as well.Hope this clarifies!
