I am looking to acquire my first deal locally, and then maybe once I get some landlord/Property Management company experience under my belt, I would like to branch out and start looking into long-distance real estate investing through turnkey providers, or whatever the best way to do that would be.At this point, I am still saving for a downpayment on my first rental property, and looking to team up with lenders, an investor-friendly real estate agent, property managers, contractors, and all the cogs in the gear that make the wheels spin so seamlessly (I'm sure I left a few things out.)

All my tenants were on it and the entire process was automated and seamless....from advertisement, applications, background checks, leasing, and rent collection. 

It’s a annual  subscription to get started,but I didn’t renew mine because I didn’t need the links to online banking to auto download transactions and the software functions the same.  

I would request a letter from an actual local mental health professional that you can call to verify the ESA prescription, and refuse to accept any online forms they may have paid $20 to download from a fake mental health professional.

I have a 14 page lease that just keeps getting better and better :) I download the initial lease from legal zoom and than have added to it over the years.
