There are many companies still moving into the greater Boston area, and many of the dominate industries in Boston continue to require face time - think construction, biotech, education, medical personnel, etc.I do think there will continue to be an increase of people moving from Boston proper into the surrounding greater Boston area.

The failure for this to become dominant shows that personal relationships do matter for real estate.  

I vetted and interviewed several key players to our team and found the ones that I trust wholeheartedly.

If I didn't have those, I wouldn't have been able to retire at 35 years old LOL.I've already seen a lot of players drop out in the last two weeks.

The conclusion was to get the big players, the large multifamily units, take the lead.

Also, my full time job right now is managing two large properties in a mostly dominated college town in Kansas.
