how to get started in my real estate journey

Hello! The thought of real estate and the opportunities that go with it are so exciting for me. I have my degree in interior design and my husband is a licensed electrician and majority of his background is in building new construction.  He and I built a beautiful home three years ago but with our skills, I feel like this is the direction I would like to ultimately go in. I’m obsessed with bp podcasts, and learning as much as I can right now, is my goal. I just don’t know what my next step should be. I’m wondering if selling our home would be a good option so we can take our equity and put it into our next deal; maybe flip or house hack. Also, my full time job right now is managing two large properties in a mostly dominated college town in Kansas. I also don’t know if getting my real estate license should be something I should look into. Anyone looking to give advice to a hungry and motivated 30 year old whose ready to make real estate success a reality?
