If not, you are just inviting issues that really are a distraction since the unit has already been rented.

Unethical property management companies and their agents will take advantage by overcharging on services, not performing, and with kickbacks- if they can surmise that the owner is not on top of the books, are distracted with many properties, and are not very involved with the property you hired them to manage.

Please refrain from the use of Red Hearings to distract from the issue at hand.
