There are certain types of businesses that are accepted locally as a residential use, I mentioned an insurance agent, maybe an artist, babysitting is common and acceptable as these activities are not seen as being that disruptive to residential living weighing the right of one to earn an income, you need to pick your battles.

I had one the other day who was VERY upset about being informed of disruptive work AFTER they moved in.
