Rental disclosures to tenant prior to lease
in California , if I know there is going to be a complete repiping of my house sometime during the lease agreement , but I do not yet know the exact date do I need to disclose this to a tenant prior to them signing the lease? If I do not disclose the repiping could I be sued ?
Thanks for the help I have several properties that I just learned from hoa will be needing a repipe .
