The natural / nature made version noone has ever overdosed on it or died from it(marijuana alone that is - if its mixed with other drugs/alcohol those are the disruptive toxins that can kill...) however this gets a thumbs down.  

Someone needs to disrupt that space!

Indoors a paint insecticide does wonders to limit infestations and to disrupt their ability to grow or travel. 

Think of new technologies, gadgets, software applications all causing all sorts of disruption in the space and all of which put a dent on in-store traffic count.

I can always tell when someone is using GV during the call because it starts to get disrupted a bit.  

Last one I rejected had a YouTube channel and that had mostly nightclub videos on it, twerking away ...Since you have a rooming situation, you definitely want somebody who will not be disruptive.

For some reason, I'm more selective toward my other multi-family properties, perhaps because I have great tenants in them and don't want to disrupt the aura of positivity in those properties.I'm basically rambling now... point is... landlording in Erie is like playing a video game on the hard level -  if you can do it you can landlord just about anywhere. 

This sounds easy, but it still skirts the IRS rules, disrupts the economic parity between the partners, potentially opens a Pandora's box for legal liability etc. etc. etc. 

Then you call (or text) back when it's convenient for you to do so rather than having your dinner or business meeting disrupted.
