I've been refinancing my portfolio to take advantage of lower interest rates lately, and I've found that my appraisals have been increasingly disappointing.

Property was on the market for over 100 days I’m remodeling raising his value he could of came up and if he did not like me renting he could of said he’s disappointed and please get him good people as neighbors or what ever he wanted but he choose to burn a bridge instead of talking it out.

We didn't expect every listing on BP to be a winner but were a bit disappointed to see that none of them even seem to still be available.

In my opinion it creates unaligned interests and that is a recipe for disappointment.

I was a little disappointed as my property is a 3 family and I have watched multiple two families sold in Brockton between 500-550.

I really don't want to be negative because BP has so much to offer but these tools have been surprisingly disappointing so far.Anyone else have these issues?

@Mark Leclair I am a huge Tony Robbins fan, but I was very disappointed with this book.
