I actually wasn't super interested in TX - moreso in KC/Indy but I'm warming up to Dallas just based on them.

They had no issues and left a 5 star review even though it was warm.

It is not uncommon at all to have multiple units on one water heater with a separate submeter for the landlords shared utilities. if you have electric baseboard in your apartment then when it gets colder out you consume more electricity than when its warm out.

Create new relationships and continue to build on the existing ones.As an agent, the main leads you want to focus on are the HOT leads (FSBO and expired) and the warm leads (personal circle/sphere of influence).Focus on speaking to as many people within a specific time block each day and do it consistently.
