@Miguel RosendoHi Miguel, I stayed in Upper state of Ny for 3 yrs ( clifton park) and moved to NE of connecticut 2 yrs ago. i was kind of depressed when we just moved here as the inventory is crazy low, tax is high, houses are aged, lots of houses under septic and well, and foundation issues etc.

The damage is to the hardwood floor: tenant spilled some caustic liquid and has severe burn marks and depressions.

We only ever had one couple who said they were leaving to get closer to their city job but are now unemployed, paying much higher rents without off-street parking & according to their FB are very depressed.

We would have unimaginable booms and depressions that would be so extreme we would be exchanging wampum as money after the currency crash.
