I am personally working with Hoosier Custom Construction - Bryant Burdine, he has been wonderful fighting some permit issues for me. 

We always try to remove them where the additional light from outside or ventilation isnt needed, when needed, we have replaced with glass block or nicer unit we built custom non functioning window out of pvc. 

You will get burned but it’s par for the course, I let them know they can make slot of money of me once or they can have a repeat customer for years.

Prime rates, interest rates paid on customer bank accounts and CDs.

Then with interest rates bounding upward, you and your buyer-customers are faced with ever higher financing costs...

Here is 3 scenarios1) invest $30k today and in a year invest $41k which will generate $900/month rent (no idea how you make money at these rent points but that would be a separate post)2) invest in money market currently ~5% for regular money market, currently ~5.3% for preferred customers for a year.  

You fix with the idea in mind as to who your customer would be.

I think it really is to provide some type of value to the customer and get your brand in their face repeatedly.  

Put consistent ads on Facebook and you will have customers within a couple weeks.

There are also less costly markets in CA that have strong demand from travel nurses as well as many other customer segments you can market furnished rentals to.
