By demonstrating my command of the law in a quick reply she realized she was dealing with a professional landlord who knows the law and that she was completely outmatched.No service dog owner will ever refer to their animal as a pet when applying for a rental- likewise no pet owner is going to be able to have their pet certified as a service animal.It does not cost me anything for a quick reply which serves as a record and it precludes my getting a lunatic over invested.

@Joe FairleyNew development brings up a whole new set of questions:What will these units look like -- size, construction, building layout, floorplans, amenities, etc- will they be competitive in this market- will they command these rents$2.4MM builder cost - seems low given the recent material price increases & the desire for higher rents- does this include land cost, due diligence, zoning, planning and permitting, architectural fees, horizontal improvements, vertical construction, financing costs, title & closing costs, carrying costs, lease-up costs, etc?

I thank you for this amazing example that I am now going to integrate with my REI Agent Advisor training program as it's the perfect poster child of everything wrong with this "segment" of persons, there propensity to need the center stage and grab every soap box opportunity regardless of capability or command of any coherent specific knowledge, experience or performance and even a step further, boasting of their ignorance and instilling the PC-socialist rules that since they are clueless all others must adhere to that low bar and not show them up for fear of dashing the "all are equal" chant railing over and over and over again.
