I finally got down to the courthouse and looked at my very first batch of probate files.

Our first batch will be sent out soon, and I'm excited!

I know that no one can expect to close after just sending 1 batch of letters but it's honestly a little discouraging and I wanted to know if maybe there are some things you guys thought I can approve on.

Sometimes you just get a bad batch and your phone doesn't ring at all, and if it does its just a tire kicker.
