I had one issue a couple years ago where a raccoon had her babies in one of my properties attic.

My commute to work gives me about an hour plus to listen to BP podcasts...which is great because when I get home I have three babies and wife that are pulling for my time.My plan is to finish the Millionaire Real Estate Investor and read the BP Beginners Guide which I just downloaded (@Dmitriy Fomichenko thanks) to start developing a model.  

Since I was last active on the forums, about 2 years ago, my wife and I relocated closer to the ocean into a fixer upper single family property, had baby #2, and I started working part time, and from home, to provide more family flexibility (2 young daughters).  

After some time adjusting to a new baby in the house, I'm working on making real estate investing a full time job.  

With a new baby at home I've begun child-proofing.
