Both Ohio and Texas are attractive markets for investors due high rental rate demands. 

We were buying a few years ago when prices were attractive.     

Most professionals will recommend a separate LLC for every $1 million in assets but I don't think that's necessary.

Because your not the only one willing to buy then, a few dozen million people will be doing the same. 

Because new designs of rings will attract a lot of customers.

If you're already in the accredited investor club, well, then I'd say it might be time to consider moving away from those individual rentals and leaning more into syndications and private placements.Anyway, if your net worth is north of half a mil, or even a million, then you might want to hop on the LP train sooner rather than later.
