Market crash is the problem for the house flippers if they pay too much price.If you are making good cash flow, market price doesn't have any effect on you unless you will need to sell the house.

I do try and tweak pricing just so it sees that there is active updates on the listing sites.

How much demand is there?

Seems that you are most focused on property taxes at the moment, but all of them really need to be evaluated for a complete picture. 

Keep in mind the chalets do not have a typical deed-they are issued a DMV title as they are technically on wheels.
