They usually eat and drink at restaurants/bars next to the hotel. 

A one-time accusation with no charges filed--you must weigh the overall evidence.If we have an applicant for rental with multiple DUI arrests and convictions, we can reasonably make the assumption that the person has an alcohol or substance abuse problem, whether current or past. 

On late night tv, anyone can become rich with real estate and spend their days sitting on a yacht sipping tall umbrella-covered drinks.

You drink enough sweet tea with little old blue hair ladies, you will do well.

Don't drink too much, and don't smoke.
