I also realize I'm the property owner, and I'm not there to parent them, but I do want to make sure they are happy (within reason) and protect my investmentOne roommate has a dog and is accusing the other of "disciplining" the dog possibly hitting it (which I doubt but who knows), and bottom line there's just drama. 

Stick to your standards or you can also be accused of discrimination. 

I was so shocked by Jim Moody's accusations above that I was unable to provide a reasonable answer to them.

In a nutshell Ken made a thread about some random BP member contacting him and Ken created a thread accusing me of paying this person to trick investors into working with Holton-Wise or something insane like that.

And, you're starting to cross a legal line accusing someone of being a scammer when that isn't the truth.This conversation is over.

You do not want to be accused of discrimination and have to go to a Human Rights Tribunal. 

I doubt anyone who has bought from me recently would accuse me of leaving money on the table.

Luckily I only do MTM leases and just gave them notice to move after that (I had already had a chat with them about their accusations and attitude toward me and gave them a chance). 

The problem is this, any time you knowingly get somebody to agree to something based on false pretense, you could be accused of fraud.
