But I can foresee  massive future newspaper headlines 2, 3, 4 years from now (pick one) when we hit a recession....people losing lots of money, swindlers, fraud, or just the merely uninformed.  

I typically use the local newspaper and the county probate court websites.

I know in Cincinnati there's been a huge crackdown, and even a few nasty newspaper articles calling wholesalers scammers and such. 

Around here I can call the county and ask what day they put it in the newspaper.

Some local newspapers also post new foreclosures.

So, do I basically start with newspaper ads and bandit signs?
