I use State Farm in Minnetonka for my townhome on lake Minnetonka. 

I purchased some lake front property about a year and a half ago.

Price/mortgage/expenses/likely rent/etc....I am sure you will get gobs of help :) Asking price is $219,000 Est taxes are $1300/yr mortgage with insurance roughly $1300/mo Rent for 2 bed 1 bath (what the attached cottage is)  in the area is avg $950/mo on the low endIt has deeded shared beach access to 2 lakes.

River/Bay/Ocean/Creek or Lake view home which is worth more in property value

Hey Travis, There is a meetup the first Thursday of every month in Salt Lake. 

We owned 2 long term rental in St George and our primary in Lake Forest, CA.

A bit warmer than White Lake Michigan.  

Just curious @Ryan Swan, do you feel there are any properties left in the Phoenix area that will cash flow? 

I like the property as it's less than 5 minutes from Lake Michigan and there are many new breweries, restaurants, shopping etc. being built less than a mile away from it.

Lake Toxaway, Cashiers, and Sapphire are nice as well.There are some "condotel" listings in Asheville, though that is very limited.You said you already had someone working with you in Asheville area.
