Thats a great question Other then social policing ( i have posted comps on marketplace that were dramatically lower then those claimed by the wholesalers) I would think maybe an extra fee  to weed out those that are not serious about the marketplace.I believe it could be a great addition to the forums and I know those develop business relationships thru the forums Maybe a forum  topic along those lines to better promote the marketplace 

But yes City data will be good, also heading to the local police station to get more information of each area and major employers and shopping and entrainment areas as well. 

You also get the same person each time when you call and can explain exactly how you want things to function rather than a large companies polices.
