I tried to get some elementary education on flipping such projects.So far, my limited conversations, provided me the following information.1.

I figured, while I'm doing my own research/self paced education by reading books, I might as well take a course as well and get my RE license!

When you speak of what ifs, I´ḿ talking about a professional and educated hypothesis.

I grew up in Conroe/The Woodlands not far from Spring - always happy to have a Texas native on the forum :) Like @Sarita Scherpereel said, the meetups in Houston are great to attend, network, and help educate! 

Please educate all Realtors on how to do so, so we can avoid giving bad advice.
