There are lots of book recommendations on this site and I have found my library is able to provide quite a bit of them!

I'd start with some Dave Ramsey books- get them from the library!

If you want money people, you are networking in the wrong places with RE types, they know the game, what you need are private investors that you can inform, so long as you have the necessay knowledge.Civic organizations, the Red Cross, Literacy Council, Hospital Volunteers, Friends of the Library, Church groups, etc. are things the retirees get involved with doing community service.

It looks a bit blurred on my pc but I may be splitting hairs.An idea for the e-mail is that you could set up a catch-all e-mail account.

Zig and other motivators are a big part of my iphone library.

Not sure what you'll find for free other than this group, although our library sometimes brings in lawyers to review tenant-landlord law town meeting style free.
