@Nicolas Boesch yes the basement is the same sq footage and is a walkout with private entrance no access from the upstairs unit and it would be a 3 bed 2ba.

@Nicolas NuvanFrom what I heard from several people, is NYC prices dropped during the pandemic bc everyone moved out and moved to suburbs.

My next bit of advice to not have carpet whatsoever because tenants will generally not take great care of it (dropping food, wine, coffee etc. on it).
