You get some higher rents in this area and is another market that gets overlooked as folks always think of Nashville and Memphis first.What strategy are you looking to do in deploying your $250k capital?  

Even places that I looked into such as Nashville, TN which I feel would be very in demand only hold a 47% occupancy.

Nashville is in my opinion one of the greatest places to flip for profit.

Nashville is blowing up, larger cities show positive population growth.

Any thoughts about the future of the Nashville market?
