Good morning! My wife and I are pastors. Both bivocational but want to start rental property as a way to get the passive income to not be a burden to our ministries while be able to devote more time to them. I need help. I would like to partner with someone. I am a painter and handyman as well as a teacher. So I am willing and able to learn and will do work for it. I can help on your property so I can learn.
