Also spend a lot of time listening to podcasts while driving.I'm not on Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, etc and I dont listen to much music while driving I listen to bigger pockets and other podcasts instead.

Search them by email and phone number on Facebook/Instagram (some people have dual accounts attached to each).If they have a position that would require a work email you can run their name and company website through a tool such as hunter.io or voilanorbert.com and for a very small fee you can ping their servers to see if they have company email address.Simplest screening step was already mentioned... rent to income ratio.
