Actually it is, but when you keep it open for 10 minutes and then stuff it with goods you just bought at the grocery, irs going to take it 12 hours to get everything cooled down.  

You’d be more likely to get away without parking for tenants but even then, what kind of tenant are you going to attract?

I would suggest you hire an inspector as well as have a general contractor go out to the property.

Other local landlords are going to know where to get the best deals most likely.

Sell it, put profit into the next rehab that you are going to live in.

Sara,I see this a lot and I always ask if you know you are going to refinance in the long run to consolidate the Heloc why not just do a Cash out refinance instead.
