That's a good problem to have, and it's what happens when you maintain an abundance mentality (which you clearly have!).  

Wholesalers need deals, buyers and money are in overwhelming abundance. do you have any wholesalers in your network?

Hi @Jessey Kwong, Many of the people you will find on BP have an abundance mindset.... like many of the posts put out here.... a lot of us get the opportunity to work with each other.... those that step out of line would have to face this community...

I need to be a little more active in the South Jersey community but time is not something I have an abundance of at the moment.

Just because there are good deals to be found, doesn't mean there is an abundance of inexpensive management companies.

Abundance was not an issue when I was in school 10 years ago.

I've been working with a couple people in the field already and I'm learning a ton.One thing I've found out is that even with the abundance of property management software, a ton of managers and owners are still using a drawer full of old excel spreadsheets!
