I am thinking if I can get experience on the different processes involved it may help me to understand and move faster with real estate investing. and (2) Is there a specific order to watch the learning videos or webinars?

My goal is to get a minimum return of 7% however I can make that happen, tho according to Beardy Brandon, a base-hit is 8% for him from last nights webinar.

Hey Steve, if you sign up for one of Brandon's webinars (he puts out one a week) you will oftentimes get an email or a code at the end of the event that gives you a discount.

We listen to podcasts, watch webinars on here and their you tube channel and bought a few of their books from Amazon that you can also get here at the "Bookstore" tab at the top. 

I’ve been reading books, listening to podcasts, joining webinars, etc. to educate myself as much as I can.

You can't learn the most important things from a screen or from a webinar, you only learn the final things you need to about investing in the field.
