Always keep in mind when buying a property without an inspection that if you go to sell it the buyer at that point more than likely will do an inspection, especially if they’re using a realtor.

From what I recall it is addressed using a 1 page addendum that says something to the effect of "the borrower is partnering on the purchase of the property with the lender, and is paying a fee equal to XYZ for the sole right to the ownership of the home".

If someone sues you and wins, they can only take the LLC that owns the property that was involved in the lawsuit.Best: Using a combination of LLC and land trust to protect your rental properties.
