Hey does anyone have any site where i can search for any fixxer uppers or anyone who specializes in finding them?

I have a duplex that has long term tenants in the upper unit and the lower unit has been short term rental (Airbnb).

Anyway I was wondering opinions on the best areas to buy cheap fixer upper homes to turn into long term rentals starting with single or multifamily properties.

I can't promote myself a FL Mortgage Broker on this site, so instead, if I were you, I'd look for something like a Stated Income ALT investor loan in the mid to upper 4% to lower 5% range on a jumbo loan at 75% ltv on a 10/10 arm, 300/240, no escrows and no PPP.And remember, use other people's money to make money!  

And lastly the town I live in https://altos.re/r/15fd2d9 you can see this is upper end for the PDX area and things are softening on the 1 mil plus.I am thinking of taking my chips off the table pretty soon...

Grabbed a fixer upper....so, how hard can it be????

My wife and I were working on getting pre-approved for a loan on a fixer upper house to "househack".

A big issue with not having an attorney in the Chicago area, the other party likely will have an attorney, and if some issues arise, they could very well have the upper hand negotiating those issues because they have a more knowable legal advocate than you do. 

I have found a great fixer upper that I believe will cash flow well but, do lenders frown upon adding the cost of repairs to a mortgage loan?

Where I’m from depending on if you’re buying turnkey or fixer upper you can average between 12-20%
