Currently I'm a Texas Hold'em Poker tournament director.

My advice is to reach into your connections (and you may not realize you have connections) from the pro sport days.

In fact, I make about $10,000/year (I work very part-time as a Texas Hold'em Tournament Director, go to school, and spend time with my daughter mostly) and have about $12k saved up.

Orange County will continue to do well, because it has so many attributes that will always be in demand (high paying jobs, education, healthcare, sports, amusement parks, entertainment, and perfect year round weather!)

Basically, what you're doing is the equivalent of a sports car manufacturer claiming their cars have a top speed of 160 miles per hour when they only go 100 miles per hour...and then saying, "Oh, we meant 160 kilometers per hour...we just got our terminology mixed up."

Just make sure UConn isn't in a tournament game that night. hahaha

I also recommend watching Seinfeld.Someone else said watching sports helps.Not if you are an Oakland Raiders fan.

IE condenser unit gets stolen, which as we all know is a national sport in the mid west.So my point is the closer the property is to the owner the easier it is to respond especially if you are in different time zones.
