We will keep an eye on the multi-family inventory in MA going forward since if we see a sharp increase in inventory this will be a good forward looking indicator that prices may start to come down.

These are not foolish people, they are very sharp in many ways.

Test if you can soak it to slop off and scrape with dry wall sharp blade.

And while some are pretty sharp thats not the norm far from it..

I think it’s a very unfair assumption to assume a seller is not sharp just because they don’t want to use a realtor.
