Plants, fish tanks, are a big headache. and cause undue moisture issues

I guess I would also be looking for a pattern of resilience and the ability to solve problems.

Fast forward to today: Milwaukee has been in the news lately quite a bit - Foxconn (one of the largest manufacturers of consumer electronics with 1.3 million employees) has announced a 10 billion dollar investment in a new plant creating up too 13.000 well paying jobs in Southeast Wiscinsin, probably Racine or Kenosha - close to the lake.

No one waiting left before seeing the interior; I suspect seeing other ppl there waiting to see the interior, it planted the seed that this property may not be around for long.

The guy then had the balls to ask for a few plants planted in the back yard and some crappy stone that was lining the garden that was his wife's grandmothers (we all know about landscaping stones as priceless family heirlooms!)

Like I said because our WEst Coast title plants are basically some of the best and efficient in the country we routinly get title commitment ( we call it a prelim title report) with 48 to 72 hours of opening escrow...
