One noise complaint from a neighbor and you can lose the income.I feel the same about air bnb, make sure you are ok with the rental by itself as a long term rental, in case any income you get from an adu or air bnb goes away with a city ordinance.Sounds like a marginal deal without, and a nice kicker for upside if you include it.We would probably do the deal if it was currently allowed by the city, especially if it was in a growing area metro area

You can have a plumber air test the plumbing lines to find broken or missing pieces but I would plan on more than a $600 bill.Good LuckDerek Dombeck

Rent one or none and just rent them out as Air BnB's?

You need time to clean, paint, let the place air out, inspect, etc. anyway.

I was looking at a deal recently that was for multiple properties at once and one would have included something that turns into a flip.The property was also in a fantastic area for Air BnB so the plan was to actually air BnB as is for a while, then do the work for the flip and sell it. 

I just leaned my favorite air fresheners to use when showing vacant homes for rent is being discontinued.

I'm a retired Air Force JTAC living in Wyoming.

Not sure exactly what's going on here with these air leaks, but can I just tape over these spots with foil HVAC tape? 

There is also the Dover air base there so I would research/ask questions here on BP about military housing.

Furthermore, we have also started using our home as an Air BNB rental and have found it to be great way to make passive income.
