I saw a three-page mil-spec document once for an oatmeal chocolate chip cookie purchased by the Defense Department.

When they get into a pinch, they'll sometimes stiff you for a few hundred bucks.

Also there are apps that have levels, tape measures, a flashlight, that work in a pinch.

I think the brown spots might be chocolate syrup but just a guess since I've never seen chocoate syrup stains before.

The place has always been rented as a small studio really only designed for one person but will work in a pinch for a couple.
