I can almost say with complete certainty that these same gurus have only done maybe one or two deals and discovered that it's more profitable to sell courses and take on students willing to split half of their deals while doing all the work (I speak from experience).I'm someone who's had mild (emphasis on mild) success in wholesaling.

I did that for a number of years and was mildly successful.
