Well I'm investigating the possibility of becoming an investor in the future and I am currently searching for as many mentors in the central Florida area that I can work with.  

The program costs 500 dollars, and claims to train you in investing in commercial properties and then mentor you for 4 sessions.  

Offer to help investors in exchange for some mentoring.

I'm (as of this posting) 26 years old and teach junior high and high school mathematics.

I would focus on education, networking and probably most important, looking for a mentor.

If you bid on a property at auction all encumbrances junior to that lien usually are wiped away but anything senior stays.  

hey im new in the wholesaling business and i been doing this for 6 month and i haven't made a sale on a contract so any wholesaler out there can help me and give me some advice and tips im living in the des Moines area and wholesaling here is not that good so please if a mentor can come and help me with some advice i appreciate it thanks
