@Jay Hinrichs you live in Oregon, what's your knowledge in this area?

@Mike Grudzien @Tim Delaney do you guys think it'd be worth joining a credit union in the city I used to live just to get the rate even if I'm out of state now, will they still give a better rate? 

Any prospective resident with bad credit or a prior eviction is going to have an impossible time finding a place to live.  

There's ways to help limit your overall liability like targeting more turnkey properties or properties with long term tenants (2+ years of living there) to help the learning curve.

I currently live in Denver but am looking to move to a new state.

On our higher end houses we put stackable in our primary walk in closet I did this in the home I built and live in although mine are stacked they are full size not a combo unit.
